3. Engagement Terms
Services are provided under individually negotiated engagement agreements. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and compensation are defined in writing before work commences. Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement.

For custom deliverables created for clients (dashboards, reports, data models, etc.), ownership rights are specified in individual engagement agreements.
